HOW TO PLAY?
1. A random player is chosen to deal the first hand, after which each hand is dealt by the player who won the last. The dealer chooses how many cards to deal, between five and 15.
2. To play a card, simply tap it. The badge in the lower right-hand corner shows you how many cards are in your hand. If you cannot see them all, simply drag left or right to view your entire hand.

The deck could consist of 108 cards, of which there are 25 of each color (red, green, blue, and yellow), each color having two of each rank except zero. The ranks in each color should be 0 through 9, "Skip", "Draw Two" and "Reverse" (the last three of these being classified as "action cards"). In addition, the deck may contain four each of "Wild" and "Wild Draw Four" cards.
To start a hand, seven cards might be dealt out to each player, and the top card of the deck is flipped over and set aside to start the discard pile. If it can be not an action card, the player to the dealer's left goes first.
