Sony announced the Xperia Go back in May, and now we have some details on when the SIM free version of the Sony Xperia Go will be available in the UK, the handset will go on sale on the 2nd of July and will retail for £219.97 including taxes.
The Xperia Go is designed to be a rugged smartphone, and it is waterproof and dust proof and conforms to the IP67 rating, it will come with Android 2.3 Gingerbread at launch, although Sony have promised to update the device to Android 4,o in the near future.
The Sony Xperia Go comes with a 3.5 inch Reality Display with Sony’s Mobile BRAVIA Engine, and it is powered by a dual core 1GHz processor and it features a 5 megapixel camera.
