How to Use Kaiminha
1. When you start the App, you will be prompted to choose whether you want background music (BGM) or not. Choose between "BGM On" or "BGM Off" by tapping one. If you chose "BGM On," you will hear approximately four minutes of classical music under the, "tick tick tick" of the pulsing sound.
2. Use the volume adjustment on your mobile device to adjust the volume of the program. Try low volume settings first. (When the volume is set too loud, the program may have the opposite of the intended effect the app.)
3. Take several slow, deep breaths as you relax, then concentrate on the pulsing sound as you fall gently to sleep. (Please concentrate on the "tick tick tick" sound while eliminating any other distracting thoughts.)
4. While the app is in operation, the options, "Pause" and "End" will be indicated on the screen.
If you tap the "Pause" option, the app's operation will stop until you tap the "restart" option that restarts the operation. Pausing the app will not reduce the number of times the app can be used.
However, when you tap the "End" option, it will bring the app to an end, and the number of times the app can be used will be decreased by one.
5. After fifty minutes, the app will automatically come to a stop.
