Nike has today announced the arrival of their Nike+ Running application on Android, which is now available to download for free from the Google Play store.
The Nike+ Running app connect s to nikeplus.com, to help runners track, share and compare their runs from anywhere, anytime. The website has been recently revamped and is now equipped with a more social features, as well as motivational help to name just a few changes.
“The expansion of Nike+ onto multiple mobile platforms will allow us to serve more runners than ever before. This opportunity will give even more athletes the chance to experience Nike+, which makes this an incredibly exciting time for the running community,”
The new Android Nike+ Running app also includes a “dynamic goal progress bar” which has been created to help runners stay motivated, and complete their running goals by tracking progress via their nikeplus.com profile.
